What I like: 1. Arrived 1 day earlier than promised. 2. It was pre-assembled! It was packaged in its folded state, I just needed to attach the lower leg pads which took me a whole 10 seconds. For those who order stuff like this that comes in a box and just dreads the 30-60 minutes of assembly time, this was a huge & pleasant surprise. 3. Very easy to adjust the seat and back pads using a simple spring loaded pin. 4. More than stable enough for a home gym workout bench. If looking for commercial gym-power lifting strength, this is not that, so be sure to set your expectation accordingly. 5. Excellent value for the $$ Possible Dislikes: Not sure how beneficial the foot/leg pads will be? Time will tell how and when they're used.

This bench is the one.
Bought this because it kept coming up as a suggestion and I was in the market to replace my existing cheapie bench that had proved to be too light and flimsy for my workouts. I read many reviews on many different benches prior to pulling the trigger, but what got me on this one was the fact that both the seat and the back are adjustable, and the way this thing folds up is a huge space saver. I have a small workout area (approximately 10' x 10') and have lots of equipment in that space. To keep it manageable, I have to be able to fold and store as much of my equipment as I can. This totally does that trick and it only takes a few seconds to fold/unfold and get myself set up. Aside from the convenience in storage, this this is a durable beast. It locks into place using spring pins that are secure and solid, so when I'm angled, there's no give or concern that this thing will drop. The incline/decline on this bench has a wide range. It's also weighty enough that if I want to do dips or if I want to use this for elevated glute bridges, I don't worry about this thing sliding around on my floor mats. It stays in place quite well. Definitely consider this one if you're in the market for a new bench. I have no regrets with this purchase.
