There is no guarantee of compatibility between FLYBIRD's products and those of other companies, and warranties may be voided.

WARRANTY TIME

Within 1 month after delivery, any damaged product (not caused by human factors) is covered by warranty;

If the product is received more than 1 month but within 1 year, we only provide a warranty for parts with a 1-year warranty period; Parts or components within the 30-day warranty period are not covered by this warranty service. 

    EXCLUSIONS

    Our warranty does not cover mishandling, dropping, or purposeful damage, and we reserve the right to determine whether your items are covered. We can provide you with replacement parts for a fixed fee if your item is not eligible.
