How long will it take for my order to arrive?

-After your order is placed, it may take 2-3 days for our warehouse staff to pack your order and ship it out, during which you can change your shipping information via directly replying to the confirmation email we send you.

How can you track the transit status?

-After your order is shipped out, an email with the tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your package with the tracking number on https://www.17track.net/.

Where do we ship our products right now?

-We only shipped to the contiguous US 48 states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Porto Rico, Guam and APO/AFO Box address.

What courier companies do we cooperate with?

-We mainly ship our product through UPS, FedEx and USPS.

How long will it take for orders to be delivered?

-After your order has been in transit, it may take 5-10 days to expect to arrive. If you do not receive your order over 15 days, please feel free to contact us via email.

Where are our main warehouses located?

-We mainly ship our products from warehouses located in California, Texas and Kentucky.

Can the discount code be applied on the previous orders?

-The discount code can only be applied at the time when you’re at the checkout page. Normally if you notice the discount code right a few minutes after you complete your latest order, you can directly contact us via email to ask for a partly refund.

What should you do if you want to return your order?

-We have 30-Day No-Reason Return Warranty for all our products. For more info, please read our Return & Refund Policy.
