How long will the item take to be shipped?

After you place an order, it will take our staff 2-3 business days to ship your item out of our warehouse. When we finish shipping your item out, an email with a link to track your order will be sent to you. You can also track your order with the tracking number here: http://www.17track.net/

 

What is the expected time of arrival after the item has been shipped and the shipping method?

Generally, after your item has been shipped, the expected delivery time is 5-10 business days. The current shipping method we provide is as follows:

We will make every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time. The transportation time is provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

 

What if my order is later than expected?

If your order hasn't reached you within 10 business days, contact us and we'll see what we can do. When contacting us, please let us know your order number and the full correct delivery address so we can help you as soon as possible.

 

The tracking information hasn't been updated. Is the order stuck?

A number of shipping partners update tracking information when a package is received at each stage of the delivery path.
Generally, the package is still on the way, just waiting to be scanned at the next sorting facility.

 

What courier companies do we generally cooperate with?

Our goods are generally shipped through UPS, FedEx and USPS.

 

Where can we ship?

We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, US Territories, Canada or other countries at this time.

 

About the delivery

The delivery staff will email/call you with an arrival date before they start delivering packages.

If the delivery date is inconvenient for you, you can reschedule for a more convenient date.

It requires a signature of someone 18 years or older.

Delivery can be made not only to the main door of the building, but also to a specific unit or suite number.

*We only support a single ship to address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses (for family and friends), please place a separate order for each ship to address. Each order value must meet the applicable thresholds to be eligible for our free shipping programs.

*Check your profile/order center for estimated delivery dates on your orders.

*Items from one order may be shipped in multiple packages.

*No deliveries on holidays and limited deliveries on weekends.

* Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items.
