Flybird Curl Bar is a unique specialty barbell built to train your biceps at multiple angles, the best choice for barbell curl exercise.
Many athletes can benefit from this type of specialty camber bar, as the knurling in the shaft helps provide excellent grip without tearing up your hands and reduces common injury risks. Lifters can also employ a narrow grip with the Flybird Curl Bar for performing tricep extensions and close grip curls.
The 1.98” diameter sleeves are compatible with most standard Olympic plates.

This EZ curl bar weighs 18 lbs and has a maximum weight capacity of 370 lbs (Silver) or 390 lbs (Black). It is composed of steel which is 220000 PSI in tensile strength. All types of 2-inch Olympic weight plates can be loaded with this curl bar.
