I work out regularly, typically cardio. I decided it was time to start incorporating strength training into my regimen. This set is perfect for beginners.I learned about Flybird via The Good Trade newsletter. I ordered this set after researching and contemplating for about 3 weeks. I was worried about shipping time based on previous comments. However, my order arrived in less than a week. I am in Texas and ordered on Sunday afternoon and received on Friday. When my order arrived, it was packaged well, and everything was in order. I started using them the next day and am still going strong. I love the versatility and the fact that they are recyclable. I am hoping the stand comes back in stock so I can get that next. Thanks to The Good Trade for the recommendation, and thanks to Flybird for making a sustainable product!

As I write this review, the shipment is still pending. They never sent it. It’s been 3 weeks…

I have used the dumbbells and kettlebell so far. It is very easy to switch out the weights and the plastic collars spin on very smoothly. Attaching the dumbbells to create the barbell was easier than I expected. Glad I invested in this set!

This set featured everything I needed for a home setup. The variety of options (kettlebell handle, barbell, dumbell) was awesome. The weights are sturdy and look good. I only wish there was an opportunity to buy a nice rack alongside this.

Easy to store and even easier to use ! It's great as a starter set. I wish there was an option to buy additional heavier weights however Like I said it's a great starter set.
