Q: How much sand need to be filled?
A:For the sand, we recommend 155lbs to ensure stability. For the water, 110lbs is the best. Add how much sand or water depends on the power of the person using it. We recommend the max to ensure the biggest firmness.

Q: Can I use it on carpet? I only have a carpet in my gym; will it still be stable without suction cups
A:The suction cups need to adhere to a floor. If you kick the bag hard, it may angle away from the impact, causing the suction cups on that end to stretch significantly. Without them, there's a risk the bag could fall over. In summary, while the engineering is clever, the suction cups must effectively “stick.” If you remove them and are a heavier hitter, the stability may not be sufficient.

Q: Can i remove the sand or water from the base one assembled? Can it be disassembled?
A:Yes you can. Depending on how much you fill it up it will be heavy but there is a big hole to pour the contents out. Yes it can be disassembled as wel

Q: Does it come with the sand? Where do I get the sand?
A:No it didn’t come with sand. You can get the sand from a nearby Lowes or Home Depot also the hole to fill the sand into is very small so I recommend asking someone to help you fill it as I did and grabbing a large funnel placing it into the base and pouring the sand into the funnel to fill up the base. Also, be sure to set the base in the area you will actually be using the punching bag because it may be too heavy to lift after filling it with sand.

Q: Are the suction cups attached or can you use them with out them?
A:The suction cups come with them but you have to install them yourself.

Q: Is the height of the bag adjustable? I'm 6'2"; is this suitable for my height?
A:The height is not adjustable. My son is 6'1", and he uses it all the time. The bag is about six feet high, which works perfectly for me to practice different heights of side kicks.

Q: What is the height from the floor to the bottom of the bag (ie base and shocks/post)?
A:it’s 17’’ from the floor.

Q: How heavy are both boxes when empty?
A:be sure to set the base in the area you will actually be using the punching bag because it may be too heavy to lift after filling it with sand.
