What are the differences between FB299 and FB149?
Compared to FB149, the new version FB299 weight bench uppgrade:
1. offers more weight capacity, 880lb versus FB149's 800lb;
2. offers 1 more adjustable back pad position.
3. Cushioning is completely different. FB299 offers a thicker backpad and a thicker seat.

Does the bench incline/decline?
Yes, it can be both inclined and declined. It has all angles that would be desired during a workout.
What is the gap between seat and backrest?
It varies depending on what position you have the back rest. It is 1.5” when laying flat, closes up gap as you bring up back rest. When 90 angle- no gap.
Does it come with the tools for assembly?
Our bench comes pre-assembled. Really easy assembly with no tools required. Unfold the bench when it’s out of the box and put the four pins in per the instructions and you’re good to go!
Is the front foot pad attachment removable?
Yes, it is removable and you can use the bench without it if you prefer.
Will this work for somebody who is 5’ 1”? Suitable for what heights?
Yes!
User height Reference: up to 6.2". Most users report being able to use the bench without issue, with ample head support and a decent height from the ground
