We often get asked how our customers can get a replacement pin for their Flybird weight bench. So, I thought it would be a good idea to write a blog post about it (Thanks for the suggestion Dave).

Most people don't realize that Flybird weight benches can be outfitted with a replacement pin. This is why your Flybird weight bench is no longer sitting flat and giving the support you need. The best way to get your Flybird weight bench back up and running again is to install a replacement pin assembly.

Have you lost or damaged the pin for your Flybird Weights bench? It happens. When you need a replacement pin for your Flybird weights bench, start by contacting customer service.

You can request a replacement pin from Flybird's website or directly from Amazon, depending on where you bought the bench.

1. Contact us

If you need a replacement pin for your weight bench, contact our customer service team by sending an email request to service@flybirdfitness.com

2. Send us a picture of the damaged pin

Once you've contacted us, we'll need some information from you. For your convenience, you can include a picture of the damaged pin in your description so we can ensure you get the exact replacement pin you need.

3. Details about the size of your weight bench

Next, you'll need to provide details about the weight bench where you lost the pin, including its make, model and size. We'll use this information to find a compatible replacement pin.

4. Wait for the arrival of your replacement pin

After we confirm that you have a compatible pin, we'll ship it out to you within 24 hours and provide tracking information so you can follow its progress.

The best way to do this is to write an email message using the format provided below. The email must include the following information:

1) Your name, address, and phone number.

2) Order information (purchase date and order number if possible).

3) A brief explanation of what happened. This can include your original order information, pictures of the part, or any other factors that were relevant.

 To get a replacement pin:

If you ordered from Amazon, please send an email to flybirdfitness@gmail.com with the following information:

- Your Amazon order number (starts with 'D01-' and can be found on your order confirmation email)

- Your first and last name

- Your shipping address

The replacement pin will be shipped to your address under the original shipping method (standard or expedited).

All our products come with a one-year warranty, and if your order meets the conditions, we will send a replacement pin for free. A fee will be charged if it is beyond the warranty period or purchased elsewhere.
