Do I Need The Lumbar Support (Waist Pad)?
Ergonomically, when you sit or lie down on a bench, the natural curve of your waist leaves a gap between your waist and the surface of the bench. Although it's not too much of a concern, prolonged workout sessions do result in a tired waist because of this gap, especially for people who tend to have minor problems with the lumbar spine.
On the WP129, the finely desighed waist pad matches the waist curve perfectly, giving it the best support during your workouts.
So, if it's so good, why isn't it offered on every weight bench?
